How to Shop

  • Once you have found the products you are looking for, you can buy them online.
  • To do so, just click on the ‘Shopping trolley’ button for each product selected.  Some products have options (e.g. colour) select these options before clicking on the trolley. 
  • You will then have the option to continue shopping or to checkout.  Remember, you can remove products from your trolley or stop the ordering process at any time
  • Once you have completed shopping proceed to the checkout by clicking on ‘checkout’.
  • You will be taken to an online secure order processing site.
  • Here you will be asked to give your personal details - Name, Address, contact details, (this info will be used to send you your invoice and to ship the goods to.)
  • Your full order will appear on screen, please check the details to ensure they are correct, once you are happy with your order, click ‘Send Order’
  • Your shopping is completed and your order sent to us.  You will also receive an automatic email of your order and your order number, please quote this number if you have to contact us about your order.
  • Your order willl be confirmed once we send you an email confirming that the goods are ready for dispatched.
  • Should a product be listed with an incorrect price, either due to a typographical error or as a result of an error in pricing information given to us by either a manufacturer or supplier, we have the right to refuse or cancel the order. We will inform you of this error and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

How to Pay

    • You don’t pay for the products when you place your order, but will be sent an invoice once your order is ready for despatch.
    • Your invoice is due for payment 14 days from the invoice date.
    • Payment is made in £s, and is to be paid into our account held with the Bank of St Helena (details will be sent with your invoice).
    • Overdue accounts will be charged on a daily basis at the current rate of interest set by the Bank of St Helena.

Delivery

  • Delivery is made by the best possible economical method.
  • We use Airmail for small and light items and sea freight via Andrew Weir Shipping (AWS) for larger and heavier items.
  • We try to ensure your order is dispatched quickly, but we can not guarantee arrival dates at the destination.
  •  You the buyer, are responsible for all customs clearance and any associated fees due at the destination.
  • Shipping cost will be finalised on your invoice.
