This website is operated by Sainttrading (referred to as; “Sainttrading/Sainttrading.com/ we/our/us"). As the user of this website (referred to as "you/your") you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make ("use/using") is subject to our terms and conditions below

1.      General

1.1  Sainttrading reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

2.      Order process

2.1 The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.

2.2 Acceptance of your order will take place on despatch to you of the invoice of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

3.  Delivery

3.1 We charge for all deliveries, which will be made by the most cost effective route (sea freight or Airmail)

3.2 The cost for deliveries will show on your invoice, which will include shipping and packaging.

4.  Payment

4.1 We reserve the right to ask for a deposit on any order placed with us, before we proceed with your order.

4.2 You will be invoiced for your order once the products are ready for despatch.

4.3 Your invoices are due for payment within 7 days from the invoice date, unless other arrangements have been made with us, when you placed your order.

4.4 All payments are to be made to our account held with the Bank of St Helena (details will be sent with your invoice) unless other arrangements have been made with us when you placed your order).

4.5 Overdue accounts will be charged, on a daily basis, at the current rate of interest offered by the Bank of St Helena.

4.6 While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

4.7 All prices are shown in £s sterling but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.      Property

5.1  Title to any products you order with us shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

6.  Miscellaneous Provisions

6.1 Whilst we make every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the specification or description provided.  Sometimes the product from the manufacturer may have minor variations in specification (colour or other design features).

6.2 The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England.

6.3 We provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to enter the linked website we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not review or endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources.

6.4 If you wish to order goods which may only be purchased by persons of a certain age, you will be asked when ordering on the Website to declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we reasonably believe that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
